Welcome to St. Bonaventure University. The part of your onboarding process will walk you through setting up your SBU account. As part of the process you will be asked to setup a set of challenge questions, setup two factor authentication for your account and reset your password before you can access the account. Please review all of the steps carefully and be sure that your new password meets the criteria needed to meet the requirements.

Criteria needed for your new password:
  •  Between 10 and 16 characters
  •  Does not contain illegal characters: ' ', '<', or '>'
  •  Contains a lower-case letter
  •  Contains an upper-case letter
  •  Contains a digit/number
  •  Contains a non-alphanumeric character
  •  Cannot contain any part of your name
